Mr. Baddy was born in Washington, D.C.. He worked for the Department of Commerce, and the FAA in international project/program development/program management/international airport inspection in 47 foreign countries (Latin America/Caribbean, West Africa, Asia, Micronesia and Canada). He became fluent in Spanish and French. Since retirement, he teaches English-As-A-Second-Language and consults.
