Dr. Walker is a former university professor, public school administrator, secondary and elementary school principal with over 30 years of experience.  In addition, Dr. Walker was the recipient of the prestigious award, “Woman of the Year” in 1995 representing the 28th senatorial district in Los Angeles county. 

TThe STEM Center's latest Global project will utilize space sciences and technology and blended STEM methodologies. The Center was established in South Africa at the invitation of President Nelson Mandela. Dr. Walker was the STEM International Alliance Educator Awardee for 2015 /2017

Scientist-Smithsonian Museum, Co Founder A-Man, Inc Centers: Professor Hal Walker was the only person to fire the Ruby Red Laser to the Moon for the first Apollo 11 Moon Landing and has a permanent exhibit in the Smithsonian Museum of American History. Mr. Walker began his career in the laser technology industry in early 1964 at KORAD Laser System, a Division of the Union Carbide Corporation. As a laser systems specialist, Hal traveled throughout the United States and the world introducing advanced new laser technologies to the fields of scientific research and industrial applications.
